Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our exchange guidelines below. Please note that we do not offer refunds due to hygiene issue; we provide exchanges only under the following specific conditions.

1. The 3-Day Window

All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to process any requests.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both the customer and our team, a clear, continuous unboxing video is strictly required.

· The video must start before the package is opened.

· It must clearly show the shipping label and the seal being broken.

· The product must be inspected on camera to show the issue.

· No Video = No Exchange. No exceptions will be made.

3. Valid Reasons for Exchange

We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:

· Manufacturing Defects: If the product arrives damaged or broken.

· Sizing Error (Our End): If we sent a size different from what you ordered.

Please Note: We do not accept exchanges for quality issues (e.g., "I didn't like the fabric" or "The color looks slightly different than the screen") or if you ordered the wrong size yourself.

4. Hygiene Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

· Underwear & Lingerie

· Diapers

· Nappies

How to Raise a Request

If you meet the criteria above, please contact our support team within 3 days with your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and your unboxing video. Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps!
